What is a brow lift ?

A brow lift is a procedure to lift up the brow and place it in a more natural, higher, and younger position. When combined with an eyelid correction, the same incision can be used for a brow lift.

There are different techniques to perform a browlift. A discrete incision in the hairline can be used to get access to the deeper structures of the brow to obtain a natural lifting of the brow and lateral forehead. In select cases (especially in men) an incision can be made at the upper border of the brow to reposition the complete brow with a barely noticeable scar. In other cases, a nearly scarless technique is possible as well, which will be discussed during the consultation.
